Frequency Asked Question

A2 Ghee is made from the milk of desi cows like Rathi cows, which contain the A2 protein. It is easier to digest and has a rich nutritional profile, offering benefits like better digestion, improved immunity, and heart health.

Desi Cow Bilona Ghee is made using traditional Bilona churning methods from the milk of desi cows. The milk is first turned into curd, and then the butter is hand-churned and boiled on a low flame to produce ghee with superior taste and aroma.

First, milk is collected and heated to 90 degrees Celsius, then cooled to 45 degrees. Next, milk culture is added for the curdling process. After curdling, the traditional Bilona method is used to make makkhan (butter). The makkhan is then boiled over low flame to convert it into ghee, and finally, a cotton strainer is used to purify the ghee.
